777cz Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 777cz platform, operated at https://777cz.click ("the Platform", "777cz", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the 777cz platform, you ("the Member", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Throughout this document, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the 777cz website at https://777cz.click including all games, betting markets, promotions, and features accessible to registered members.
• "Account" refers to the registered member account held by an individual at 777cz.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a member's account, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits added to an account subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total value of bets that must be placed before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full.

To register an account with 777cz, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated registrations are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration including your real name, date of birth, mobile number, and valid email address.
• You must not already hold an existing 777cz account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be self-excluded from 777cz or any affiliated platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 777cz will never request your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless you have notified us of unauthorised access without delay.

You must keep your registered contact details up to date. Outdated details — particularly mobile number or email — may affect your ability to receive security notifications, withdrawal confirmations, and bonus communications.

All deposits to 777cz must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless stated otherwise in a specific promotional offer.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted and will trigger a verification review.
• Deposits are credited to your 777cz balance as soon as they are confirmed by the payment provider. In most cases this is instantaneous for mobile wallet methods. Bank IBFT deposits may take up to one business day to reflect.
• 777cz does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside 777cz's control.

Withdrawals from 777cz are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification. The following withdrawal rules apply to all 777cz members:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 1 to 5 minutes of approval.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts via IBFT are processed within 1 business day.
• 777cz does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times shown assume standard conditions — during high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
• If your account has not been fully verified (KYC), your first withdrawal — or any withdrawal above Rs 50,000 — will be held pending identity verification. This is a security measure designed to protect members from unauthorised withdrawals.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 777cz account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

777cz reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds for large withdrawals. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and is not a reflection on the member's character or standing.

777cz offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins. All promotional offers are subject to the following general rules, plus any specific terms stated on the individual promotion's page:

• Bonuses are credited as bonus funds and are not immediately withdrawable. Bonus funds must meet a wagering requirement before they are converted into withdrawable cash.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on 777cz bonus funds is 25× the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement before the expiry date are automatically removed from the account without compensation.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, and per device. Welcome bonuses are strictly for new members making their first deposit.
• 777cz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, members who have already claimed and are actively meeting the wagering requirement will be allowed to complete it under the original terms.
• Wagering on sports bets with odds below 1.40 does not count towards bonus wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to neutralise risk, using multiple accounts, or coordinated play between accounts — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in permanent account closure.

All sports and esports bets placed on the 777cz platform are subject to the following rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in and will not change regardless of subsequent market movements.
• The minimum stake per bet is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed on each individual market.
• Bets placed on events that have already commenced at the time of placement (for pre-match markets) will be voided and the stake returned.
• In the event of a match abandonment or postponement for a pre-match bet, 777cz will void the bet and return the stake to the member's balance unless 777cz's specific sport rules state otherwise for that competition.
• Accumulator bets containing one or more void legs will be resettled with the void leg removed from the combination, reducing the overall number of legs.
• 777cz reserves the right to limit maximum bet values for specific members based on their betting patterns, at our sole discretion.
• Obvious errors in pricing — including manifestly incorrect odds resulting from human or technical error — do not constitute valid bets. 777cz reserves the right to void bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds. Members who have taken advantage of pricing errors in bad faith may have their accounts reviewed.

The following rules apply to all casino products at 777cz including RNG slots, live dealer games, Andar Bahar, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and all other card and table games:

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) games at 777cz are certified by independent third-party auditors. Certification ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and that stated return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate.
• Live dealer games run from professional studios with trained dealers operating under standard game rules. In the event of a technical failure mid-round — such as loss of video feed — the affected round will be voided and all bets returned to members.
• The minimum bet for casino games varies by game and table and is displayed within the game interface. The maximum bet also varies and is visible before placing any wager.
• Game results are final once confirmed by the game system. 777cz will not reverse results due to member error in selecting bet amounts or game options.
• In cases of game malfunction or software error that produces an obviously incorrect result, the round will be voided. 777cz's game integrity team reviews all reported game anomalies.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777cz platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering an account in your name.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point during account verification.
• Using another person's payment method to deposit to or withdraw from your 777cz account.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the 777cz platform in a way not available to standard members.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or incorrectly priced markets with the knowledge that the price or outcome is erroneous.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to move funds through deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to use your account.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions imposed by 777cz.

777cz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from your payment provider.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be marked inactive. Members will be notified by email before any inactive account action is taken.

Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method within five business days of the closure request.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 777cz reserves the right to withhold any pending bonus funds and, in cases of confirmed fraud, may withhold real-money balances pending investigation.

777cz operates the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free availability. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect platform availability. We aim to notify members of scheduled maintenance in advance where possible.

• 777cz is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device failures on the member's side.
• In the event of a platform-side technical fault that causes a bet or game round to settle incorrectly, 777cz will investigate and correct the settlement as soon as reasonably practicable.
• 777cz does not accept liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses. Our total liability to any individual member is limited to the real-money balance held in that member's account at the time of the relevant dispute.

The collection and processing of your personal data by 777cz is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By creating an account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
